User Agreement

Welcome to Tanggo! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Tanggo application ("Tanggo" or "the App"), provided by the 2024 Tanggo Team ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Tanggo, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tanggo, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

2. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

a. Account Creation

To access certain features of Tanggo, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

b. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at callagysophe@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

c. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or any unlawful activity.

4. Permitted Uses

You may use Tanggo for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable laws and this Agreement.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.

• Upload or share harmful content, including viruses, malware, or offensive material.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Tanggo, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the 2024 Tanggo Team or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Tanggo is also governed by our **Privacy Policy**, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Tanggo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the 2024 Tanggo Team shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Tanggo, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 2024 Tanggo Team from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of local. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
